Sevinҁ gives bespoke cookery classes in the UK over winter. She loves to witness the joy and pride people feel when they produce the tastes of Soğan Sarmısak. Her enthusiasm is infectious and the classes are also an opportunity to learn a little about Turkish food culture and to hear her stories... The classes run between December and April and may be one-to-one or in groups. The menu is negotiated with the participants and can also be vegetarian, vegan or low carb. The food can be shared with the class or taken home.
Prices Prices are per person and exclude the cost of ingredients which is additional. Longer classes can also be organised. The classes are very much hands-on and the number of dishes prepared depends on the number of participants. Sevinҁ is currently based in Bristol; she is happy to travel to anywhere in the UK, with travel expenses added to the prices below.
